We accept the following insurance plans:
If you have an insurance plan that we do not accept, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance company to verify benefits. For patients who choose to use out-of-network benefits, the full cost of the session is paid at the time of service. We will provide you with a billing statement to submit to your insurance company.
Sometimes individuals, couples, and families may benefit from extended or more intensive therapy sessions. These longer sessions can be helpful for those who are in crisis, cannot attend weekly sessions, or who want to accomplish more in a shorter period of time. Additionally, research has demonstrated that longer sessions at the beginning of therapy can often shorten the overall length of treatment. If you are using an insurance we accept, the first hour of an extended session will be billed to your insurance. However, the cost of the remaining time is not covered by insurance and will be due at the time of service.
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” which explains how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who are uninsured, or who are choosing not to use their out-of network benefits, an estimate of the expected charges for medical and mental health services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. We recommend saving a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
For more information about Good Faith Estimates, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is due at the time services are provided.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
